While we are happy to let you start using our system straight away, we have had to put in some minor restrictions to prevent possible abuse. We manually check each account that is registered with us to make sure that the account is not being used to send spam messages.
How to get Verified
There are two ways to get verified.
- Automatically. We will monitor your account activity and if we are happy that you are a genuine customer, we will flick the switch for you.
- Manually. If you would like to get verified more quickly than that, you can simply get in touch with us and let us know your intended use. We will happily verify you.
Restrictions while unverified
While you are unverified we have some restrictions in place:
- A maximum of 500 SMS per day from the account.
- No access to incoming messages
- Cannot send 'Question' type messages
- Cannot create Sender From ID
- Cannot create incoming codes
